I can't help you because I have the same problem with mine. What does your temp gauge read? I have had my radiator out and flushed when I had it repaired for leaks and have had several different 180' thermostats, that all opened in hot water, but still my gauge only reads around 160'.
After long drives my radiator and heater hoses are too hot to touch and it blows warm (not hot) air. I chalk it up to a faulty gauge. Maybe someone will chime in that is better informed.
