If I recall, in 63, Chevrolet didn't have a forward control chassis in the 19,500 Lb. GVWR. They were lighter than that, usually a P30 series. The VIN would have a 3 in the model designation. They also were sometimes identified as Dubl Duty in the parts catalogues. Let us see the VIN and we might be able to help.
