missouri is a pain on these. the cheapest way is hotrod lincoln sugg and "sell" it to someone in alabam. you can go thru bradway title in AL if you don't know anyone there. i have their phone # if you want it, it only cost $200 and well worth it. both my 63 and 64 i got for free for hauling them off and you can only ask someone to dig so much for a title on a free truck so needless to say i didn't get one. i went thru them totally and got them legal then sent off for the title and boom, you are ready to go. i would not even try to ask for help from the DMV here. unfortunately this is the easiest way. i actually got a lecture about how i broke the law by even getting a truck with no title. i think they wanted to put me in the stockades out front! good luck
