I'm not familiar with using phos. acid. Do you use it for rust removel or just general cleaning like grease?? Do you use it full strength or diluted?

Rust only and you can use it full strength or diluted. The 5 gallon container I have say you can dilute up to 10 to 1 & it'll still work on rust...Joe
