The king pins shouldn't be that hard to remove. You should be able to get them out with out a whole lot of effort.
41-54 spindles and close enough to the same that a 54 Chevrolet car brake drum will fit all the different spindles, something that is good to know in case you want to go to five lug wheels all the way around.
