I used ZeroRust on my frame last fall. Did the prep work with a right angle grinder, wire cup brush on it, and a Sears sandblaster. Got the frame pretty well down to a clean, rust free surface. Spent extran time on the leaf springs, in between them and around the rivets and corners.
Brushed on the first coat of Zerorust,with a 97cent Walmart brush, and sprayed on the second coat with a HVLP gun. Overall very pleased with the results, nice sheen, almost a satin finish.
Neighbor just did his Model A frame last week with POR15, and looks good as well, I really can't see much difference myself.
