If you have changed to halagen bulbs it is probably drawing more current then the breaker Stuart talks cabout can handle. I would put relays on both high & low beam lights. You would be surprized how much brighter the lights will be. The relays are available as a kit or you can make them up yourself. Headlights going off on a dark night on a country road can be scary.
