they don't have mounting provisions built on, they're positioned by the hose they clamp into, so you could attach the hose either side of the valve, but it's not necessary, the one I linked above on my buddy's panel truck never moves, works slick Bill
Just to be sure... Just put the hoses on, attach the cable and it works so smoothly that you don't have to secure it to anything? That's cool if it does.
