#50529 09/26/2005 5:25 PM | Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 15 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 15 | Has anyone tried air bags, coil over shocks, removing leaves, or fiberglass leaf springs to improve the harsh ride of the stock front leaf spring suspension on a 51 Chevy? I know people spend a lot of money and time to weld in anew front suspension with A frames and coil springs. Just was wondering if there was not a simpler, cheaper way to get a better ride. Thanks.
