Yes,it will easily bolt in. If the car engine has the lower water pump, you can use an adapter plate and the water pump from your truck engine. You most likely will have to switch the plate that is bolted on the front of the block, as it may not be the correct one for a front engine mount - you can switch it with the one from your truck engine (that's what I did when I replaced my 54 3100's 235 with one from a 53 car with an auto transmission).
