...I have a question about the blue tape during assembly,i noticed it on the running boards and front fenders,whats its purpose?......
Blue tape is really cheap compared to fixing chips and scratches in new paint. I used several rolls. In a couple areas where I did not have the tape in place, I regret it. Fresh paint is really easy to scratch: especially when you are working by yourself.
