Many times putting a new or rebuilt head on an old engine without a hone/bore/ringjob will cause increased oil consumption. Find a good running 250 for cheap and save your $ for rebuilding the rest of your engine as time and cash allow. Be patient and keep looking! Good Luck, you will find one!!! | | |
