Well, I just had a chance to come in here and tell you guys what I found. After adjusting the steering box with your help and Waldo53's guide of how to do it it is now tight. After putting the wheels/tires back on the wobble is coming from the king pins the guy I bought it from told me he changed...Karma baby...
Anyone got info on replacing those with pictures...I love pictures.
