KCA is the 216 engine serial number prefix in 1952.
Insert/removable rod-bearings were first used in trucks in the 1954 235/261 engines. Insert rod bearings were never used in original 216 engines.
"and what size cid blocks will work with this eng." Are you asking about a replacement block or a replacement engine?
