Hey, no problem guy, I like to hear as many different opiniions as I can. It helps ne to make an educated decision on how I will handle a situation.
The bed in question belongs to my buddy and the sheet metal isn't at all oily either. I've heard it, mistakenly discribed as galvanized, it's not galvanized it's, once again probably a phosphate coating.
