There are 2 U shaped cross members, about 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" one goes in front of the big rear cross member and one goes behind. On your photo, I can see the one, there are 3 possible holes that it can bolt to. It's hard to see which holes it bolts to. A photo zooming in on these two crossers would be GREAT! I didn't realize they were for the spare tire.
