couldnt you just call CPP and ask them what pads to use ?
i have a 5 lug front disc conversion for my 57 from performanceonline and they use 1970-1978 camaro pads and calipers.
just looked at your website, and man, you got one heck of a nice fabrication shop. i am jealous. LOL.
