John, I sent you an email but I will repeat my experience for any one else faced with this situation. When I was looking to replace my cables for my truck I think I found generic cables, maybe even from a lawn equipment parts house and bought the knobs form Jim Carters. If I figure out my cable source I will let you know. I looked in my McMaster Carr book and didn't see the right ones there so I will go back through my files and see if I can find a receipt from where I got them.
