depends on just what you want .... phosphoric acid, a rust remover, may be available from a FLAPS that has a good range of bodyshop/paint supplies .... naval jelly should be available many places .... check CanadianTire, they should have something in the way of rust converters .... or if you're dealing with small parts, you could use the electrolytic setup found here
