| | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 334 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2005 Posts: 334 | I don't remember using one when I rebuilt my 235 years ago. The thrust plate limits the camshaft endshake and is enclosed by the timing cover, so there wouldn't be any purpose for a gasket.
