I'm running a 250/6 in my 52 3100, with the stock 4-spd tranny, and rear-end, that works great. I didn't verify for sure, but it seems that the information your providing is awful close to what I remember mine being.
It came out of an early 70's model truck or van.
You will need to fabricate some side motor mounts, if you want to put it in your truck, as the original 216/235 was a front mounted engine.
It will run circles around the 216 that's in my 46.
