The original dually type wheels are 18 inch. They are not real hard to come by once you start looking, but tires that fit them are more difficult.
As for a tubeless replace, your challenge is the size of the rear brake drums. A 16 inch wheel won't fit over that brake drum.
I solved the problem by swapping to a later rear. Others might have answers you'll like better.
