Ive got a 54 3800, and have a broken brake drum, and cant find one yet. Its broke in a complete circle where the shoes run around the faceplate, in other words its in two pieces and the shoe part looks like a big ol wedding band...LOL, that part also is split so it looks like a cheapo adjustable wedding ring.... uhhhhhhh has anyone ever welded a brake drum back together,,, yeah i know about it wouldnt be the best idea...but i cant seem to find one.??? and for now im gonna run it with that line plugged.?
