What ya have are planer or molder tear-out due to dull tooling.
I would first try and return the offending boards for replacemenmt as mentioned above due to poor quality from the supplier, Im sure you payed good $ for the bed wood and I would hope the supplier will replace the boards that should have never been shipped to you in the first place.
From the looks of the one pic your lookin at removing .030 to .050 thousandths to remove the tear out, i personally would avoid filler on the bed boards due to the fact that for 1 it is going to show and be noticable and filler will not last due to the considerable amount of swelling and contracting that will happen out in the elements.
