Take your old one, or the measurements, to the auto parts store. They will have them in stock.

My 52 2800 has Spicer 1350 series U-joints, I think a 3/4 ton is the same.

If given a choice between Spicer and another brand I always choose Spicer, they seem to be stronger and last longer, and don't cost much more.
