I have a 1946 chevy and I am going to box in the frame rails and put a small block chevy in it.I wanted to either put mono springs on or a dropped front axel and leave the stock stearing,but it does not look like I will have enough room for the small block and headers with the steering gear mounted on the frame.I am not crazy about putting an IFS under it but do I have a choice .Thank You for any help you can give me on this.
