We understand that "offshore" probably means China and that their quality sometimes leaves a little to be desired.
Still, where did you see these drums? Any for the 3/4 ton?

P.S. I had to replace the manifold on my old Ford tractor and could only get a Chinese copy. The first one I got had a casting hole right through it. The company made good and the replacement has been on the tractor for several years with no problems. I know: brakes are more critical.
