Thanks for the info, got it powered up, all the glass tubes but one light up. it is the one kind of towards the middle, I will have the exact tube number for you tomorrow. The speaker makes a humming noise that is only altered by turning the three position switch behind the volume knob. I have a wire in the antenna port but it has not made any difference and I cannot pick up any stations yet. of course that might change when I move from the basement to the upstairs.
