Got another question for the driveline gurus...
I'm building a 350 v8 for my 1950 AD truck. I plan to bolt a TH400 automatic tranny to it (the rear has already been swapped for a unit with better highway gears).
It appears there are 2 different sizes of flexplates available for my engine and I'm not sure if only one will work for my plans, or if either will. It appears there's a 14" diameter unit with 168 teeth and a 23-3/4" diameter unit with 153 teeth.
My question is, which one should I install on my new engine?
