GMONIZ Master Gabster G Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,780 ALAMEDA/SAINT HELENA CA	In my area of California, they punch a hole in the tank and remove the gas before they are allowed to put it in the yard. Part of the Clean Air and Water Act by EPA, I think.
