Compression will improve with breakin miles. Kinda low now, but if you can keep it running long enough it will likely be OK. Pcv goes to manifold vacuum, breather allows air in. I sounds like you're mostly out of the woods! Congrats, after this ordeal it must be a good feeling to see it turn out Ok!
