Clifford used to have a CFM rating calculator and I recall that it rated a 261 at about 350 CFM (but my memory might be off).
Clifford's site suggests a minimum of 350 cfm and they sell a 390 cfm Holley for that intake (or, a Weber 38 - 390/400 cfm).
