I have a 1944 CCKW 2.5 ton Army truck. The hydrovac appears to be a postwar retrofit. It is almost identical to the hydrovac article available on this website. The one thing the article doesn't mention is the order of the 3 big disks and the leather washer. In his article he didn't disassemble it. I did and forgot to take a picture. Can anyone tell me which order they go back together? Which way does the leather go?
