We have tried at Napa as Mike's brother works there, and we have tried GM Canada as my dad works there... and we have tried at our local Auto Sense dealer... They all have come back with the same thing... Carter W-1 did not exist (At least in Canada). My dad's guy said to get the casting numbers or the tag numbers off of it and he would use those... no numbers... no tags.... Just Carter W-1. The Y or YF carb kit does not fit it.. that is what all the catalogs we have used point to.
