I'm 99% sure you need to swap the complete brake assy, backing plates and all. This has been a trick used over the years to get the trucks to 5 lug. Also check out that Corvette wheel for clearance first, may hit the stock tie rods if not other stuff. Seams to me the vette wheels have a very severe 'offset', check it out.
