There are several aftermarket "flex" fans available, some with as many as 6 or 7 blades. They pull a lot of air at idle due to the deep curve of the blade, and straighten out and pull less air, (and make less noise) at higher speeds due to the blade's curve straightening out. Most of them fit a variety of bolt patterns due to slotted mounting holes.
