If you are looking for end plate gaskets, just make them your self. Thin cereal box cardboard or a gasket material from the local parts store works. I am not sure you can 100% seal one up, I have been trying for 5 years now! I use JD grease and it still weeps out around the threads, nothing real bad, but if I wipe it with a cloth I can see some residue. Don't be shy with the grease, pack it in and work it around, also grease the sector shaft before installing. The grease doesn't flow quite like the oil did so getting some into the bushing is a must.
I have mine back out of the truck now replacing the large bushings again. I cut grease slots in the new ones hoping to keep the pitman shaft lubricated. I added a 2" bushing out on the end where the steel spacer was. This helps support the end of the pitman shaft, but grease can't work its way out there and it was getting a little stiff to drive. I might open up the bushing a bit just so its not so tight. Joe
