| | | | Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 125 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 125 | 2nd above. Are you sure the other side not blinking slow, because a bulb is out? Also check for resistance in the fast side as too much will speed up the blinking.
