I have the Carter/Webber set up on my 261 and they were nearly perfect out of the box. Linkage had to be lenghtened the height of the adapters but no big deal. Idle smooth, excellect acceleration and improved mileage (headers and duals probably helped here). Good choice as far as I am concerned
