Yes as tiny pointed out, as a period correct accessory it would be acceptable by the judging bodies, just as a RH sun visor, mirror, fender mounted turn signals, bumper guards, radio, spotlight, cigar lighter, glove box light, under hood light, inside RV mirror, deluxe trim are all period correct accessories or production options.
