I installed the gasket on the frame...(I have a slider) and pulled the rope to the inside, setting the glass is a sinch its the locking strip that requires patience!..the tool to install it helps but it was still a PIA,a set of curved end type dental pics help considerably to pick stubborn spots over the locking strip, Im not gonna tell it went EASY for sure!
With my brothers help we had a good hour+ in getting the lock strip in,TIP- save yourself some sanity and recruit a helper to install your back glass.
