The gas flows though the needle valve seats when the floats drop. Kinda like the back of a toilet. First pull the brass inlet fitting. It may have a screen or filter behind it that could be clogged. Turn the cover upside down & remove the float pins & the floats & the needle valves. Keep the parts on there respective sides. You should be able to blow air through the inlet pasage & come out through the needle seats. Turn the idle jets in slowly & count the number of turns till they bottom out. Then remove the idle jets & blow out the passages & air bleed holes. Be careful & dont lose the accel. pump check valve &/or ball. It or they will fall out when you turn they main body upside down. If gas goes trough to the bowl it should work.
