I've been running a dual Carter/Weber setup on my 235 for the past 7000 miles......eliminated all of the issues with the stock Rochesters. My fuel mileage hovers around 18....the E10 fuels put an end to my visions of 20+.
As for "performance".....if you mean "kick-in-the-pants" type stuff you might be disappointed. However, getting a clean burn on all cylinders, decent mileage, and the "WOW" factors at all the shows from folks that have a history with the Chevy 6.....priceless!!!!!
