Downhill bill Its not that complicated....I swapped a 250 into my 54 and it was work but fun work.Langdon's stovebolt has alot of parts, Tranny mounts, engine mounts alternator brackets and the issue of cleaarence really is not that big of an issue. Everything cleared fine a little treak here and there. JUmp in and you will see what I mean. The Hardest part was jacking up the truck in the dirt. ha ha ha ha good luck
