Thanks fellas for your input. 20 years ago I owned a 1956 GMC pickup, but know little about Jimmy's. My '51 truck is a very nice stock pickup and glad to know the 235 engine was found in the Jimmy's and not an undesirable addition.I assume it will not affect the resale value if down the road I were to decide to sell it. Right now I am really enjoying all the high fives and thumbs up I get driving around town. It makes a perfect daily driver and I hope to keep it for a very long time.
