| | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 1,186 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 1,186 | I think you'll find on some states titles the 3 ton was what the vehicle was taxed for not its capacity. I've seen lots of 1 tons for sale listed as 3 tons.
