I went through the search feature. and gave up about 5 pages into it. I thought this topic was close so I am posting it here. I just purchased a 1.5 ton A-D truck. It was sold to me as a 1949, but upon looking at it I don't think it is because it has vent windows. I went looking in my LMC catalog and it only tells you how to read 1/2&3/4 ton truck serial#. the truck is up north and i don't have access to it. so can someone give me a breakdown of the various # and letters
