It might of been rebuilt but where is it leaking? Out the shaft, accelarator pump, over the top of the float bowl? If it is out of the float bowl area it might be loose screws on the top of the carb. that were not tighten down. Internaly could be float stuck or bad float. May be the screws holding the float bowl to bottom of the carb. are loose. I believe there new manfacture carbs still avaible at the Truck Shop, Jim Carter or maybe Napa for a reman. Rochester's I believe came standard.
