For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 16 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 16 | Thanks for the response guys, this truck is just a winter project (or how ever long it takes) I'm just trying to save some cash but I don't want to take any chances on the safety end. I've built a few street rods and always bought the complete brake kit and as you know they are not cheap, so I thought that maybe I could buy some new parts from Napa or the salvage yard down the road and put together my own brake setup. It maybe that I'll end up just buying the kit to make it easy. I was looking at Speedway Motors and saw the flat plate steering arms for 49 thru 54, do any of you know if these would work on the stock 36 spindles ? | | |
