Several of the Hot Rod Shops carry a aluminum backed sound deading that you can put in the doors and on the floor and the back of the cab etc.. It will quite things right down for you, it's approx. 3/16" to 1/4" thick. They also sell a spray glue for it and it is water proof so incase you get it wet it won't mold on you either.You must ask for the water proof one thought as all are not water proof!
